Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
As a person-centered, creative therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and move through transition or challenges in your life and your relationships. By applying complementary creative therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I love helping people find a way back to loving themselves and their lives. Art is an amazing tool for this very purpose. Within the art image, one can have a deeper ability to see into a life issue in new and different ways, and to grow through them. The process of connecting more deeply with our creativity holds infinite healing and transformitive ramifications.
Man has been making art for millenia, and for good reason. The human brain uses symbols and images to process. I've had my own deep personal experiences with creative transformation, and I've had the honor of witnessing others experience deep, emotional, even spiritual transformations when making art. When we take time to slow life down, to check in with how we feel and create art work, we are "making special" of our lives. Simply put, making art is medicine for the soul.
If you're ready to take responsibiltiy for your healing, if you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation, or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals of growth and healing.
Call or email me to schedule a free 20 minute consultation today. In this complimentary "meet-and-greet" session, we can discuss how I work, go over any questions and concerns you may have, and if agreed, go over the new client forms. It's a good time for both parties to see if we may be an appropriate fit to work together.
If I feel I might not be the right therapist for you, I will be frank and let you know. Choosing the right therapist to work with you on your healing journey is essential.
I wish you good health.
